Online Training Cancellation Policy

For our online training courses, our policy is as follows:

  • We will provide a full refund for any reason, so long as it is made during prior to the scheduled class date.
  • We will not provide a refund after an online class has started.

All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the refund request.

Classroom Training Refund Policy

We reserve and pay for both the highest quality instructors and conference facilities, and therefore, we guarantee to try our very hardest to ensure that our classes will run if you sign up. However, although we have never canceled on a student against their wishes, we do have a policy in place because we must have a minimum number of paying students for each class. Our minimum class size is ten students. If we fail to meet the minimum class size we will notify all registered students 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class and arrange for refunds, or based on consensus, a new date for the class. Our stated policy is below:
For our classroom training courses, our policy is as follows:

  • 100% refund if requested more than 1 weeks before the class.
  • 50% refund if requested more than 1 week before the class.
  • 0% refund in the last week before the class.

All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the refund request.

Classroom Training Cancellation Policy

Our minimum class size is ten students. If we fail to fill the minimum class size we will notify all registered students 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class and arrange for refunds, or based on consensus, a new date for the class.:

  • We will try our very best to give you 2 weeks warning of cancellation before the class.
  • We will not provide compensation for any external costs of cancellation such as hotels or flights.
  • We will provide:
    • A full 100% refund of the class cost.
    • A new date for the same class.
